必須スキル/経験

5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on both frontend (React.js) and backend (Ruby on Rails).
Proven experience working in a startup environment.
Strong collaboration skills, especially with Product Managers and Designers.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, AWS services, and containerized applications is a plus.
