About the department: We work on providing end to end IT and IoT solutions to customer for their engineering & manufacturing digital transformation
About the project: This Project is Related to digital transformation of the PLM system. Customer is using a legacy system and willing to adopt to next gen PLM system. The key focus is fit to standard
- As a PLM Solution Architect understand the Functional and Technical requirement and document those requirement
- Work closely with customer team to define high level To Be system view and Roadmap for Digital transformation
- Provide Technical solution recommendations for business requirements
- Support for High level and low level design definition and PoC creation
- Work Closely with Customer, Local and global team for stablish clear communication flow
- Support development team for implementation

裁量労働制（9:00～18:00（実働8時間・フレックスタイム制有））
休日・休暇

必須条件
Required skills:
- Minimum 5+ experience as Solution Architect
- Able to understand the Engineering, Manufacturing and PLM terminology
- Functional knowledge of Engineering or Manufacturing business process
- Experience in one of the global PLM tool like, Teamcenter, 3DExperience, etc.
- Experience working in PLM Consultation and Implementation project
- Basic knowledge of SDLC process like Agile, Waterfall, etc.
- Bilingual (English and Japanese) for speaking and writing.
- Fluency in basic Microsoft office applications
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience in Digital engineering or Manufacturing consulting
- PLM customization or basic programming skills 3.Working in global environment with multiple stakeholders from various geography
- Experience in Digital Transformation definition and implementation
