お願いする業務

We are looking for an experienced Head of Customer Service to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization for a fast-growing company in the web3 industry. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.

The ideal candidate is a blockchain or crypto enthusiast in this industry's communities. They are guided by a passion for helping customers, and are ready to put into practice their deep knowledge of CS principles, processes, and scaling strategies.

必須条件

    5+ years of managing teams of Customer Support and Customer Service professionals Proficiency in English and Japanese Deep knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools Proficient in designing, using, and maintaining CS tools and platforms such as Zendesk, etc. Experience hiring, managing, and evaluating external resources (e.g. freelancers, consultants, software vendors) Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, organize, solve problems, and operate in a fast-moving environment Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
