5+ years of managing teams of Customer Support and Customer Service professionals Proficiency in English and Japanese Deep knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools Proficient in designing, using, and maintaining CS tools and platforms such as Zendesk, etc. Experience hiring, managing, and evaluating external resources (e.g. freelancers, consultants, software vendors) Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, organize, solve problems, and operate in a fast-moving environment Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Have a deep knowledge of blockchain industry and Market or work experience in Crypto company Have a strong experience of Customer Success as a Manager or Director level in Game Industry
