How to get job on Offers as a English Speaker

Hi! Everybody!
I'm a Singaporean and a few days ago, I arrived in Hokkaido and I'm finding jobs for web developer. But there are many jobs on Offers but It's difficult to find jobs as a English speaker. Please help me for me. Maybe there are payment for you. Thank you for considering my post. Best regards.

    and you may find it useful to join the TokyoDev discord, where many non-Japanese speaking engineers exchange information.
